Best display for what they cost.

It came with a pair of white gloves which was very fancy. Also came with extra parts which was nice. The edges on the actual box dont line up exactly perfectly, which is mildy annoying but not a big deal. I think this was really good value for money. Would buy again

Excellent customer service from Willit Retail Display. These guys go out of their way to help resolve customer issues. Very responsive too.

We have a double-sided wooden jigsaw puzzle that we wanted to frame. I wasn’t sure if the standoffs that came with the acrylic sign holder could accommodate the thickness of the puzzle, so filled out the online contact form to ask the question. The affirmative response came soon enough so I put in an order. Order arrived quickly with no issues. The acrylic pieces were well protected with sticky sheets on both sides.

The problem came when we tried to frame our puzzle. Due to the puzzle being double-sided, we couldn’t put any adhesive on it, and the puzzle could not be held in position in the A2 frame given its thickness! I emailed Willit asking for suggestions to remediate this issue, and again received very prompt response. After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing to brainstorm ideas, Willit came up with a brilliant solution to customise a middle acrylic piece with a big hole the size of the puzzle to “sandwich” it in place. I was only charged a token amount for the customised piece to be delivered to us. All would have worked well, however due to some miscommunications the holes at the sides of the new middle piece did not align with the original acrylic sign holder!! At this point I was about to give up, and emailed Willit to tell them that. Instead I got a reply with instructions to drill the holes so they could align. We weren’t confident of undertaking that task and also do not have a drill at home, so in the end brought the middle piece down to Willit’s warehouse. They then kindly made us a new A2 acrylic sign holder and a middle piece with all pieces aligning!

All in all I have been very impressed with their service and patience. Their willingness to help customers resolve issues is most commendable and I will highly recommend them.
